Soft Spot Mozzarella Cheese (MUMBAI ONLY)

This Mozzarella is a kitchen staple. It has a mild, creamy flavour and melts just like its dairy counterpart. Making it one of the most versatile cheeses. Grate some onto pizza or add some water/plant-based milk to melt it into a delicious cheese sauce for pastas. It is especially good for cheese samosas, mozzarella sticks or cheese dosa.

This is a refrigerated product. After opening- store in an airtight container in your refrigerator and use within 10 days. Do not freeze as freezing will disrupt the creamy texture of the cheese.
