Soft Spot Parmesan Cheese (MUMBAI ONLY)

Italian Parmesan is known as the “King of Cheeses” due to its complex flavour profile and unique texture. Our dairy-free Parmezan has layers of flavour akin to its namesake. Tangy, salty, nutty and umame with a hard crumbly texture that gently melts in your mouth. Add shavings to your soup or salad, grate some onto hot pasta or add slices to a cheeseboard with some apricot preserve.

This is a refrigerated product. After opening- store in an airtight container in your refrigerator and use within 10 days. Do not freeze as freezing will disrupt the creamy texture of the cheese.
