What is Greend?

Greend is a One Stop Vegan Shop. All the items listed on our platform are 100% vegan & cruelty-free. Other than a website, we also have a physical retail location in Powai, Mumbai. 

 

Where is Greend's physical retail store located?

The Address: Greend - The Vegan Store, Shop Number 10, A wing, Panchvati Building, Powai, Mumbai 400072

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway which has the following payment options:

– Credit and debit cards

– Net Banking

– UPI/QR

 

Is it safe to use my credit card online at the store?

We use a secure third party payment gateway, Razorpay for all customer payments. Our latest SSL encryption technology keeps all your personal information safe and secure. For any questions on payments made using Razorpay, please visit their FAQs section here

Our priority is to safeguard your information.

What is your shipping policy?

Greend currently delivers Pan-India. We may not be able to service certain remote pin codes in non-metro cities.

Outside Mumbai:
– Our products are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. We use Pickrr's services. To know more about Pickrr, please check here 

– Certain vendors may have a different delivery time. The delivery times are mentioned on each product page and during checkout.

– Products are delivered Monday through Saturday between 8am to 9pm, except on public holidays.

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship an order to one address. If you want items to be shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address or send us an email to update the address within 24 hours of placing an order. Send an email to info@greendindia.com and we will try to accommodate your request if the order has not been dispatched.

 

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email and text confirmation of your order placement. You will receive email updates when your order is dispatched and delivered. You can also log into your account on Greend India and track the status of your order anytime. 

 

Do I have to pay GST and other taxes on my order?

All prices are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax charged by the vendors based on the product categories. Our payment gateway charges a 2% transaction fee at checkout (this is standard across all retail platforms).
