Shipping Policy
What is Greend’s shipping policy?
We expect to deliver products purchased from Greend in excellent condition and as soon as possible. All orders placed on a particular day will be delivered within 2-3 business days. All the products listed on the website are inclusive of GST. There are no hidden charges. Our deliveries typically do not take place on Sundays. However, if it is an urgent delivery, on an extra charge, we do complete deliveries even on Sunday.
When will my order be delivered?
Typically, we strive to deliver your products within 2-3 days. However, due to stock issues, or if informed, there might be a delay in delivering some items.
What are our Shipping rates & costs?
Our rates for shipping:
- Mumbai ₹110 onward
- Navi Mumbai ₹200-250
- Thane ₹110 onward
We deliver PAN India, however refrigerated goods cannot be delivered across India.
Is your packaging sustainable?
We are 100% sustainable with our packaging. We reuse each and every plastic/ cardboard container that we receive either from our vendors, customers or our fellow shopkeepers.
International shipping
We currently do not have an international delivery.
Refunds and Returns
We currently do not offer returns for products. However, we do offer refunds only if there is an issue from our end. In some cases where the products were delivered to you in a damaged condition, we can provide replacements for the same. Please allow us 4-5 working days to deliver these goods to you.
What about stock availability?
