  • VEGAN STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
  • It’s so deliciously simple; you’ll find yourself making it on repeat.

    INGREDIENTS

    NOTE: these measurements are for 1 serving

    • 2 cups frozen strawberries
    • 1 cup frozen sliced banana
    • 5-6 oz of vegan yogurt
    • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
    • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup of milk (almondsoy ,oat or coconut)
    • Optional: 1-2 tsp of maple syrup for sweetness

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Place frozen strawberries, bananas, vegan yogurt and vanilla essence in the blender.
    • Pour almond milk over all, then cover and blend until completely smooth.
    • Taste and add in maple syrup if desired, blending it for a few seconds to combine.
    • Feel free to add fruit pieces to top it off.

  • VEGAN MANGO SMOOTHIE

    INGREDIENTS

    • 3 cups frozen mango or fresh
    • ½ banana (room temperature, broken into chunks)
    • ½ cup water
    • ½ cup milk (almondsoy ,oat or coconut)
    • 5 ice cubes
    • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

    INSTRUCTIONS 

    • Add all ingredients to a blender except for 1 cup frozen mango.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • Add the final 1 cup of frozen mango and blend again until smooth

    • Break the banana into pieces.
    • Add all the ingredients into the blender.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • If you’d like add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract for more flavor(optional)

    • ½ cup almond milk
    • 2 big handfuls baby spinach
    • ½ small cucumber
    • ½ avocado
    • Juice of 1 lemon.

    INSTRUCTIONS 

    • Place the cucumber and baby spinach in the mixer.
    • Add in the avocado along with the almond milk 
    • Lastly add almond milk and blend together until smoothie.

  • This smoothie is creamy and full of tropical flavor! It’s plant-based and loaded with nutrients, ideal for breakfast and snacks.

    INGREDIENTS

    Note: these measurements are for 1 serving only.

    • ½ ripe avocado
    • 1 green apple
    • 1 banana
    • 1 cup baby spinach or kale
    • ½ cup water
    • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
    • 10 ice cubes
    • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Scoop out one half of the flesh of the avocado and put it in the blender.
    • Chop the apple, leaving the skin on, add to the blender
    • Cut the banana into pieces and blend.
    • Add water and baby spinach or kale. Blend until smooth.
    • Add the ice, frozen pineapple chunks and lemon juice
    • Blend again until smooth. Have immediately or store 1 to 2 days in a sealed jar. If it separates, shake it to reintegrate it.
